Would it be surprising for you if I say that there are a handful exercises for our face? Yes, just like our body, our face has lots of muscles, too!
Before we get to the nitty-gritty types exercises targeting the JAWLINE, I should advise you to WORKOUT your whole body in general.
Why? As we've discussed, a chiseled jawline is determined by our body fat levels. Much like having 6-pack abs, they won't show unless we cut down unwanted fats in the body like we do in weight loss process.
Here are the exercises on how to get a jawline:
This is the best way to exercise your face while sending your body signals to be happy. Just practice smiling all the time. No repetitions required. Smile when you remember. Smile now.
Open Your Mouth
Directions: Get in a relaxed position and look up the roof or ceiling. While in this position, open your mouth until you feel the stretch in your neck, then close it again.
Do this for about 30 times a day. Then increase it every week.
This exercise stretches your neck and works the jaw muscles responsible for opening and closing of the mouth.
Directions: Clench your teeth together for 5-10 then go back to the relaxed position.
Repeat this for 20 times.
