So it's just common sense to think that if you're not getting an adequate amount of sleep, your body won't produce a good amount of this hormone too.

Remember when you were still a child and your Mom kept telling you to sleep a lot so you can be tall as Daddy? That still holds true today.

Stand straight, feet shoulder width apart. Slowly bend forward and touch your toes without bending your knees. Stay in this position for 5 seconds and return to the starting position.

Repeat this stretch 15 times.

Apart from this exercises, I also recommend doing Yoga and swimming.

Swimming gives you a full-body workout and helps elongate your muscles.
